Capdown Breaks Up (1997-2007)

After 10 ska-core years together, UK's Capdown has decided to disband. Their official statement:

We are now formally announcing that the band will not be continuing to work together as Capdown after the October 2007 tour. After completing our last, and best, album in 2007, we have all decided that we want to explore other experiences in life, outside the band unit.

When I first came down to college a few years ago, I decided to explore the town some by myself. It was Capdown I was listening to as I was exploring, and will always equate them with that new experience.

It's been a while since I've listened to them, but I was listening to some Capdown two days ago, and this happens. Chillingly similar to the I.D.K breakup. I gotta stop listening to music I love.
